If that doesn’t work, reinstall the app or reset the password to your Spotify account. If you can’t log in to Spotify, it usually is an issue with the server, so wait for an hour or so and login again. Thankfully, I was able to regain access to my account later because I figured out what exactly I needed to do. I was so frustrated at that point, but I had to deal with the issue somehow. I double-checked my password and tried again, but nothing worked. I got back home later and put my credentials in to log back on, but to my surprise, it said that the password and email was invalid.
